Ultimate Facercise

The Fountain of Youth is here for those willing to commit to two brief, daily sessions, worth every second and every penny! I turned 60 2 months ago and had never looked my age until a number of months back. I committed to two daily sessions with the dvd, first thing in the morning and again in the evening, about 20 minutes each time - and never have I done anything so worth my time. My skin color and texture have changed to tawny and rosy - and smooth. Deeply etched wrinkles have softened, and "lesser" wrinkles have disappeared. Pores have shrunk. I have a jawline, clearly defined! My neck profile is beautiful and not saggy for the first time since my 20s. My poor nose, broken 6 times and never reset, has changed shape. My eyes are not only larger and brighter, but I no longer need to wear reading glasses (I kid you not - yesterday, I realized that I was reading a magazine article without glasses). My lips are fuller and pinker. And this is just my TENTH DAY of doing Ms. Maggio's system. I work in film and on t.v., recently had my headshots redone, and my agent told me that I have to get new ones because I look so different and about 20 years younger - and then commented, I know you haven't had work done on your face because I last saw you a couple of weeks ago...so...what have you done to yourself?? The Ultimate Facercise is so effective you can FEEL the results on the 1st day and with repeated use you will see results within a week. I love this dvd I use it in conjunction with Tal Reinhart Facial workout. My facial workout regimen is 8 min in the morning (after mastering the form) with Carole Maggio Facercise and in the evening full facial workout with Tal Reinhart (about 20 min). I am 43 but many of my friends think I'm in my early 30's. You will not regret ordering this dvd it is the best.

Carole's first book was so much better with lots of exercises and details. Was hoping this one had more and improved exercises but just the same old ones recycled!

Ok so my mom had I think the original facercise book and over the years pages went missing as well as the whole book when she would loan it out. So I surprised her with a newer book and also got the DVD. She likes it and uses it all the time. I'm a dude and even I remember a couple of the exercises and do them. I do the eyebrow lift thing. I would recommend the product as I do believe you can change the facial muscle tone...just gotta keep at it. I'm a personal trainer and face muscles should act like any other muscle in the body

VERY nice! I am so glad to have this super-complete book on just how many ways, especially facial exercise, that we can be doing our best every day!

I have used another book very similar and there are definite results. I Much prefer this over any medical intervention.

First off let me say I had plastic surgery many years ago and the pain was everlasting and the down time was three times longer then advertised. I thought there has to be a better way, so I tried facercise. WOW.. It really, I mean REALLY works. The concept is so simple, you work your body , why not your face ? Both have muscles. Great product.

I second the reviewer that said that facial exercises are better on the DVD...That being said, they are different mediums, and I think complement each other perfectly, while the video shows the exercise and you can sort of pick it up, the book explains it in detail, some of which might not be visible in the video. If you have only the book, you can go to youtube, some exercises have videos there, so that can be a great help.The book has several sections:- how Facercise began- how it can change the face with sample photos (that were usually quite subtle, but that is only after 1 month so understandable, I didn't like that the post ones were with makeup and different poses)- general advices (nutrition, sun exposure, sleep, supplements, dry brushing, skincare...)- longer version of 13 exercises - 12 minutes- explanations how to do them in the car (not really my thing)- short programme of 13 exercises, slightly tweaked and shortened version of the longer one - 8 minutes- some exciting developments in skin care- testimonialsExercises should be performed twice daily, and once you memorize them, it really isn't difficult. You can do them in batches, some in bed, whenever you have time.I do have a previous version of Facercise, but I wasn't really consistent so don't really have a lot to show for my efforts... I started with it again abut month and a half ago, and then decided to get this book to see what changed. There are some new exercises, some are removed, some tweaked. I do prefer some exercises from the previous one (neck exercises while lying down, I think they are more effective like that), but for the most part, I think the new ones are better - faster and more effective. If you have the previous one, choose for yourselves... Youtube can show you some updated ones. The one for the lips is awesome! The most important part is to be consistent and keep doing them.I do have different expectations now and I understand that it will take months until there are some significant improvements. In this month and a half, I do have very visible improvements in the neck area (I think this area is likely the fastest one to respond for anybody) and subtle changes in eyes and forehead area.I bought a DVD directly from Facercise website (PAL version for UK), unfortunately it can't be bought from Amazon. DVD also contains 2 audio CDs and cards with short exercise description. For me, DVD is a preferred format for audio exercises :)I have also bought a No Lipo Lipo DVD and looking forward to using it :) (ended up with combined postage that way).

I'd only do the exercises that relate to your own personal problem areas doing the others is a waste of time, "if it ain't broke don't fix it". I do my routine first thing in the morning and last thing at night and it really is showing results, my chicken neck has disappeared, woo hoo! some of the exercises have taken longer to get the hang of but I hoping that now I've got them sorted I can start to see improvement in other areas. Plus this there's the entertainment you provide for your partner

Easy to use exercises with different areas of the face targeted. The pictures and descriptions are clear and easy to follow. I noticed a difference after a couple of weeks so worth persevering.

Think the instructions are hard to understand. I've been doing them for a month now and I think I'm more saggy than when I started!! The before and after photos in the book are ridiculous and, to me, it looks like the author has had some alternative work done, although I may be wrong. Glad I've given it a go but I'm not sold so far.

disappointing contents and exercises not clear enough sometime to follow - very uninspiring book, and that photo of the author at the end is very unconvincing!
