I've had this backpack (black and brown leather) for 4 years now, and it is my favorite backpack I have ever had. I used it for my high school years, and it works so well. It carries everything I need and has plenty of storage. After 4 years, some of the pockets do have some holes, but I used it and was pretty rough with it, so I am satisfied. I never used the USB port because it doesn't come with a charger, and it wasn't something important to me for use, so I can't comment on that. The color never faded, and it has been through a lot of spills and heavy rain pour. It doesn't hold on to smell, so spills or anything won't affect use. It is super comfortable and easy to take around and travel with. The only complaint I have is the cupholders, they are very tight. I use the cupholder used for your phone for the charging port for pens and pencils, and they never fall out, so that is nice, however carrying around a water bottle is kinda annoying on the other side, because BOTH pockets are very tight. I had to stretch it out a LOT just to fit a small bottle in there, but it is such a small and easy fix that I will recommend this backpack to anyone. Nothing inside has ever been damaged (because of the bag). I was REALLY rough on this back, throwing it around, dropping it on hard surfaces, and everything inside was always okay. I also get a lot of compliments on it, it fits a nice bookbag aesthetic without the size limitations and purse aspect of a book bag. It is the perfect bag, and if I ever need to replace it or buy someone a bag as a gift, this is the one I would go for. I am planning on taking it to college for me and keep its use going for another 4 years!

My daughter loves it , I like that the strap in the front are adjustable , its cute . Holds all her books and school supplies , super easy to use , feels very well made . It's light with nothing in it .

Great durable bag, great quality has good amount of storage and pockets. I wasn't aware that the backpack didn't come with a charging port. It just has the USB you have to have your own rechargeable port. The straps are durable great spacing and organization for my work tablet

It’s a nice looking and sturdy backpack but those tiny side pockets aren’t big enough to hold a water bottle. There’s not much storage space either. I bought it for my 4th grader basically because of the lower price and should have given it more thought. Also I don’t know where it was shipped from but it took approximately 6 weeks for me to receive it.

I’ve been using this backpack for a year and its still great. Its affordable, fits a good amount of my school gear, it is light, the pockets are pretty nice, the zippers haven’t given me any issues, and i can get to all of my stuff in it easily. My only issue is that the magnetic buckles on mine have started to separate from the fabric, but its still going strong.

Nice looking backpack,/bag made with more durable materials seems sturdy yet still kind of hip looking... It is not quite the purse substitute I was looking for but, at least I can feel more comfortable and feel like my items are more secure inside so for carrying notepads, digital tablet ,large phones maybe a small laptop it's great! You even have room to throw your snacks or small lunchables in as well a bottled water and feel comfortable about it

Great quality, spacious, value for money

Got it since 2020, still looking new, doesn’t get dirty easily, very durable. The Velcro strap inside for laptop still working fine. I used it for school, travel, and now work. Sometimes for heavy duty. I’m amazed by how well it lasts. Considering the price and look, I’d definitely not buy it again, BECAUSE IT DONT BREAK like other bags the same price.

This backpack is very sturdy and well made. I got this last minute for a work trip expecting it to fall apart before I got home and it’s still going strong!

This backpack came very nicely packed and didn't have any loss of shape/form during shipping. It popped up into its boxy shape with no issues. It looks exactly like the pictures (which is rare for backpacks) and the material feels solid and like good quality. Positives: - Great shape/appearance. It's super cute and looks just as described. - Zippers/straps/magnets/fabric all feel solid. - It's very light A few areas that I feel could be improved: - The main compartment is a little small, it would be nice if it was just a little bigger. It's the perfect size to carry a laptop and some miscellaneous goods but you wouldn't be able to roll up a sweater or anything like that in addition. - The straps attach at one point rather than at either side of the backpack. This makes the straps sit at a funny angle on my shoulders and not flush. The actual cushioning part of the strap is short compared to other backpacks, which might be uncomfortable for people with larger chest/shoulders. - The handle is also a little impractical for holding it as the loop is very small and has no reinforcement (uncomfortable to hold), and also is attached behind the backpack rather than closer to the top (unbalanced). - Front pockets have no separation/sections. Just 2 big flat pockets. - Side pockets are very small. They reach up until the faux leather portion and stop (they're shallower than expected). They'll fit a small umbrella and a very small water bottle but not without some squeezing. These issues are not a dealbreaker for me and I'm still very happy with the purchase - but it might be something to keep in mind if these things are important to you.

FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST Bag is clearly not waterproof, and the product description is false and clearly misleading. It absorbs water. When i emailed the service team about this, they replied “ The material is water-resistant. It can resist small rain but a big flow of water. We are so sorry that we clarify it in an easy messed-up way.” If defined in this manner, i would say almost all bags out there is considered as ‘water resistant’. Just as how a newspaper can resist a few droplets of rain, but not a heavy downpour. Yet you don’t find anyone making the bold claim that a newspaper is WATERPROOF and WATER RESISTANT. Bag is deceptively small, the straps only covers my shoulders down to my chest. Meant for kids.
