Tough to say; it's very sturdy and accommodates a week's worth of dress clothes with no problem (5 dress shirts, two pair of pants, sport jacket). Hope this helps.

Can you fold the bag to carry on plane ?

Yes and it doesn’t cause any wrinkles! I usually also put it in the suitcase but you can carry it on too
