How fresh this coffee is? When it was roasted and ground when you received it? Or how far was the expiration day?

Coffee is as fresh as it can be. Beans roasted a day before shipping so they are ready for Grounding and Packing on shipping day. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days. This means that when you receive coffee it will be maximum 5 days old after roasted. Roasted date Label specifies date it is Roasted. You should feel the fresh smell when you open your bag. Please save it in Air Tight Containers.

Does this turkish coffee come in decaf?

In a couple of weeks, we will be roasting Fresh DECAF Coffee from Brasil for Turkish Coffee Lovers. It will be available on Amazon.
