DO NOT BUY!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT Especially if you're in the southern part of India. I bought this product, trusting Godrej as a reputed brand and ended up regretting it big time. I had a tough time in setting it up for the first time as there were no proper instructions. Their customer care number was ridiculous as nobody knew which product family this came under and they kept transferring the calls to one department after another. After a cat and mouse race, finally they arranged a technician to come down for installation. The technician arrived, but he was also clueless as apparently, this product isn't launched in this part of India yet. Someone from his office guided him and he was able to install it. But then, the lock has not been working well. It recognises the fingerprint at times and sometimes it doesn't. Even with the app, it was inconsistent. Fed up, I called the technician to come down. He charged for the visit and removed the lock, saying he will bring the replacement once it arrives. When I followed up, they were very cold with their response and said they have no clue when will the replacement arrive as this product hasn't been launched in southern india yet. This is beyond frustrating. Please don't get carried away by the brand name and buy some other brand like Yale where they have established support ecosystem.
