Easy and fast breakfast.
An excellent, tasty, and fast breakfast, especially if you use a milk frothed to mix it up. Be sure to shop around the site as different vendors have it for sale in different volumes and prices.

Tasty but you can tell it's nutritious
13 grams of protein. But only if you count in the skim milk. Kina shady wording... In a convenient 1.26 Oz package for individual serving. This package is chocolate but you should also look for the other flavors available. The thickness of the product depends on how much water or milk you add. So easy to use I mix it with about two tablespoons of hot water and it turns into a brownie consistency. Amazing. Filled with chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla flavor. It mixes really well even with water. I find it's easiest to mix it with just a tablespoon first to make a paste then add more. It doesn't really help increase or boost my energy but it's nice for nutrition.

Great substitute for Ensure
My elderly Dad loves these! They are nutritionally almost the same as his Ensure drinks (check the labels) but much less cost! Love these!

Nestle Carnation Breakfast Essentials
I just love the Nestle Carnation Breakfast Essentials. I make a cup full in place of a meal because it’s filling my hunger. A packet is very easy to mix, tastes great, protein content is not too high & I can digest this product as a shake with crushed ice. I love the 3 flavors of chocolate, vanilla, & strawberry. I have lost 11 pounds within 2 weeks.

Need a quick snack or breakfast?
I love this product when I am hungry but not in the mood for heavy food. My favorite way to prepare it is in the blender with fresh fruit.

I have tried the chocolate flavor. Not as tasty as Crystal "Cool Cow". But it does have more vitamins.
