Great quality and great customer service! My son accidentally put the first chair together incorrectly using the wrong bolts. As a result the front leg bolt got stuck because it was too large and when my husband removed it a leg cracked. Called customer service number on the box to get new parts and they are shipping them out should have them within a few days. You were very helpful and friendly! By the way the other chairs are very cute and comfortable and very solid! That’s great because I have a house full of boys and men!

I purchased six of these chairs. Assembly was fairly straight forward; one chair was missing the cut out for the small screw that lock in the dowel end. They all came with extra hardware. They seem sturdy enough and are nice looking. I'm not sure how well they will hold up however, I managed to put the slightest ding in the paint on one of the legs by hitting it with the edge of a cardboard box as I walked past.

Sturdy, beautiful and very good quality. I was quite pleasantly surprised. Some effort to assemble but well worth it as these chairs are real furniture and not cardboard junk. Bravo! 👏

Very comfortable basic wooden ladder back chairs. They look great in my kitchen. Had an issue with a chair and reached out to customer service. They rush ordered me the part and I had it within two days. Highly recommend

Nice chairs for my kitchen table! Takes some assembly, but not difficult.

These chairs are high quality, sturdy and beautiful. I wanted to note that if you held them next to a true white you would notice these chairs have a yellow hue to them. Also worth noting I needed to call customer service and they were fantastic, they picked up my call quickly and quickly resolved my issue.
