Sleek and wonderful design, customizable LEDS are nice. USB connection feels very loose and wobbly. If it actually worked. April, 3 months after I purchased, the 0 key stopped working. I decided that I would wait for the pandemic to calm down a bit before sending a ticket for a possible replacement. As of today, only 5 months later, the A key has also stopped working. Disappointment isn't a strong enough word to explain how I feel about this keyboard, considering before this i had been using a 20$ Walmart keyboard for 5 years with no issue. Not going to bother putting in a ticket as I'd simply want my money back and not a new one. Save your money, don't make the same mistake I did.

I noticed that some keys are very sensitive (key from key) and some keys have problems activating at all unless I press them multiple times so they work normally (probably just bad keys and there are about 3 for me) The bigger keys (enter, plus, return, backspace etc etc) are very wobbly unless you hit their middle, so they are sometimes difficult to hit. I noticed that some keys are very sensitive (key from key) and some keys have problems activating at all unless I press them multiple times so they work normally (probably just bad keys and there are about 3 for me). Also, given it is very sensitive, hitting the right keys is sometimes problem as well, since you can't get the right feel of position of keys so you often hit keys which you don't inted to hit as you slide your hand across the keys. On the other hand, I brought this to work and it draws big attention as it flashes and everybody is amazed by the effects... and that is pretty much it.

This is my dream keyboard — that being said I'm a sucker for slim, chiclet-style keyboards. The keys are nice and bouncy, lights are crisp, and overall it looks beautiful.

Coming from someone multiple mechanical keyboards from corsair, razer, logitech, etc (probably have around 25 different ones) I would say skip this one if you intend to use it for gaming or have not been typing on a mac keyboard for years. The keys are very, very wobbly. This is just die to the low profile switches and keycaps, and I don't think this is something that's going to be fixed by tesoro until the next iteration of the gram. The larger keys like shift, space, etc are going to feel very mushy and weird unless you are pressing directly on top of the switch, which is not going to happen all the time unless you peck type. I loved the Gram Spectrum, and if you're looking for a low profile key mech keyboard, go with that, it feels far superior to the gram xs.

Ordered August 2018, keys stopped working in December. Went through an RMA got a new keyboard that worked fine until July 2019, same issues as before. Denied a refund because of a 30 day policy return policy. Now if the 2nd keyboard breaks in 6 months like it usually does I'm screwed because I won't even be able to RMA it again because of the warranty policy. DON'T BUY THIS KEYBOARD
