Q: Can I set it for 10 minutes?

Although it doesn't have minute settings, this gadget has been wonderful on helping us save electricity by not leaving certain electrical items on all the time, such as our electric fan. I highly recommend it.

Q: If I would like the timer set for 4hrs FOREVER, does that mean the timer will ALWAYS operate on 4 hrs every time? No need to ever push a button again?

No, once the timer is set and gets to 4 hrs (or 8 hrs) the power shuts off and you have to manually reset the timer.........hope this helps!

Q: I want to charge my sell phone and ECigs which have 2 prong plugs. Will this work with 2 prong plugs?

Yes,this will work with anything that will plug in to a 110 volt wall socket
