Love the product but doesn’t all blend into the water. It will settle on the bottom. Watch that last sip. You could stir prior to every other drink. I always drink with a reusable straw. Quality product and will order again. It works. Clean. I can’t taste in water. No taste!

I've used a lot of different fiber products over the years. This is the best by far. One little scoop added to my protein shake, coffee, or even a glass of water, contains what my body needs to stabilize my blood sugar and keep my system working smoothly. I've recommended this to several people. It's a great value also. It dissolves quickly and has no taste that I've noticed.

Dissolves easily, slightly sweet taste. Lovely product! Menopause has insisted I increase my fiber intake but I was struggling until I found Vitality fiber!

I’ve tried other fiber mix-in’s and they’ve 100% always been gritty - I’d just hold my breath and chug them down. Not this! It ACTUALLY dissolves! Bonus - no taste/flavor so I can easily add it to coffee, tea or protein shakes and enjoy without affecting their flavor. Very satisfied and will be ordering again.

Fair price and quality. I don’t care for the taste but it’s palatable and I’m not buying for the taste anyway. Mixing: A star off as not as dissolvable as claimed but not as bad as other products I have used. What works best is to stir the water and slowly sprinkle in the powder. I use only 3oz of water and take it in one go. Maybe in a 16oz glass it would dissolve more easily. It’s been effective for me. I try and take it an hour before evening meal as well as 20-30oz of water. That helps with reducing hunger and meal portion size. It also helps with keeping me ‘regular’ each day. No issue with upset stomach. Personally i would prefer that the small measuring cup was not included as it is more plastic I don’t need. The portion is about a teaspoon so i use that instead.

This soluble fiber powder mixes great in my coffee. Having learned my LDL levels are a bit higher than my doctor would like, I've started to reduce saturated fats and increase soluble fiber in my diet. This powder helps with the latter, giving me 5 additional milligrams daily without any effort. IT mixes in pretty effortlessly and doesn't adversely alter the taste of my coffee. If anything, it adds a bit of sweetness.

I am athletic so I drink protein powder/take probiotics & the only thing I've changed was this in my regimen. I ended up curled in a ball on the floor with my stomach extended out, & thinking I was going to the hospital. My friend took it & had the same issue, so beware as I read nothing about it not working with protein powder.

I purchased this prebiotic fiber supplement hoping to increase my fiber intake and help with occasional constipation. It’s unflavored, which I really like—there’s absolutely no taste when mixed into drinks and no clumping. It also dissolves very well with no grittiness or residue left at the bottom, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that it comes with a measuring spoon for convenience. That said, in terms of effectiveness, I didn’t notice much improvement. For me, it was probably a 1 out of 5 when it came to helping with regularity. Instead, I mainly experienced increased gas. Overall, it’s not a bad product and it doesn’t cause any harm, but it just didn’t deliver the results I was hoping for.
