I’d prefer purchasing this in the large container which equals 4 of the above boxes of packets. It is a saving money matter. The quality is obviously the same since they manufacturer is the same. The packets are convenient and there isn’t the issue of making sure the product in the large container is evenly mixed. I’m sure the personal value of the product is on an individual basis. I have been taking this product for 30 days. The overall fatigue/dizziness sensation reduced and blood pressure went down a bit. Not sure whether it is a placebo effect of this product really works. I felt more energetic though. Yes, I would recommend this product.

Here's a real person review from a 42 year old that hasn't been diagnosed with any medical issues, just using it as a preventative measure. I'm 6 days in using this product. What I've noticed: I have a little more energy to push through workouts, and can work out a little longer than normal. Sometimes when I sit for a long period of time, my legs and feet start to tingle i'm assuming because of not as much circulation, and I haven't noticed that as much in the last week I've been taking this stuff. No major difference in energy through the day, though I seem to be sleeping more peacefully, waking up feeling a little more rested. One notable difference is that my erections seem stronger, and firmer, so that's always a good thing lol... A lot of the reviews mention blood pressure, whenever I've gotten my bp checked, i'm always in the normal range, so i'm not sure if my pressure is any different, haven't gotten it checked. Oh, and one more thing, I've noticed my stools are slightly looser than normal, not diarrhea really, just looser and softer, if that makes sense. To be honest, I don't know if I could have gotten the same or similar results just taking an arginine/citrulline supplement from the health food store, but I haven't had any negative side effects, and it seems to be helping my circulation. I do like the fact that its in powder form that I can mix with water and drink. For whatever reason, I feel like taking this supplement in liquid form probably makes it easier for my body to digest than taking a pill.
