I like the effects DMSO provides when using it with other creams to enhance the effects of the other creams. It feels a bit warm when using it, to me, not others in my home, just me. But it does really make a difference in the creams when using them together.

The clear gel made my skin etch, the cream color ones does not! I know give this product a 5 because I learned you must dilute this so there will be no irritation. So important to know this products use properly

It takes away pain on knees but should not be put on skin that's too delicate because it burns.

This did a good job of pain relief on my lower back, but did a number on my skin. For the record, I am in my 80s and have thin, dry skin, so that has to be considered. I may seek out a good carrier oil and mix my next try with it. I realize DMSO has the amazing capability of "driving" any chemicals, medications or contaminants in its path into the body, so I'll be weighing out my choice of carrier. Meanwhile, putting this formulation on straight resulted in mild burning and blistering of my skin, that quickly turned into itching. It all resolved, but, needless to say, I stopped using DMSO for a while. As for pain relief effectiveness, I could give it 5 stars, but since it does have potential side effects, I have to down-star it.

Works as advertised! A little bit goes a long way! It does "burn" a bit when first applied, but the relief is well worth any momentary discomfort
