Eat Your Guru is an experimental electronic, trance, dance, World fusion project, featuring Didgeridoo Hang Drum and overtone singing by Andy Duroe. This is a culmination of many years, playing and mixing cultural music, in projects from meditative ambient concerts to live pumping Goa dance parties. Andy's music has been featured on millions of compilation CD's with bands like Groove Armada, The Orb and Royksopp. The album also features a remix from the track Mono Desire written by Manu Delago, world famous hang player. Many thanks to Manu for giving permission to release the track.

I enjoy the combination of didgeridoo and hang drum
I enjoy the combination of didgeridoo and hang drum. I love hang drum music. Wish I owned one and would learn how to play.

Very, very, very repetitive, poorly mixed
Some interesting Didgerido work. Hang is often hard to find. Very, very, very repetitive. The background rhythm tracks often overwhelm whatever melody line might exist. Rhythm tracks resemble those programmed into an inexpensive synthesizer. Strange mix from nature sounds to disco synthesizer sounds. Long lead ins leave the listener mumbling under their breath, "Just get on with it!" It sounds like background music to movie scenes of a strange nature. If you are looking for Hang, I recommend Banyan by the Hang Drum Project.

This is good to dance to
I really wanted something a little calmer. This is good to dance to, but that's not what I was looking for.
