AIR-FILL ONLY. NO HELIUM REQUIRED. BALLOONS DO NOT FLOAT. Fast and simple at-home inflation – inflate with a straw (included) and it’s ready in 10 minutes. Due to the size of the balloons, they will not hold enough helium to allow the balloons to float.
EACH SET INCLUDES thirteen individual 16” tall foil balloons spelling “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”, straw to inflate and a ribbon to hang.
EASY AT HOME ASSEMBLY AND SET UP. The self-sealing balloons will arrive uninflated. Simply insert the straw (included) into the plastic valve at the bottom of the letter and slowly blow to inflate. When the balloon is sufficiently inflated, pull out the straw and pinch the self sealing plastic valve – balloons will stay inflated for days.
ENJOY THIS BANNER FOR MULTIPLE EVENTS. Once the celebration is over, simply insert the straw until the air starts releasing. Gently squeeze the air out and store the balloons for future use.
