This is the first time I've tried a murder mystery case file and this was a really good introduction. The contents are good quality, the only issue we had was so much being on shiny paper, it was difficult for both of us to see the information at the same time because the light was reflecting off it for one of us. The puzzles were easy enough for younger players while it was still engaging enough for adults. The online elements were just enough and enhanced the gameplay rather than detracting from it. Good value for money would definitely buy another one.

This Murder Mystery was really good fun. The 3 x envelopes had so many clues and pieces of evidence - it gave hints that you could access through QR Code when needed - The story line had twists and turns and only revealed itself at the very last minute! Myself and my daughter love solving mysteries and this was definitely worth it! Took us about 3 hours to complete. Already looking for our next case!

Best one I’ve done for a while! Really well made

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas! This is the first one we have ever done and had it solved in an hour! Will purchase another with a harder solve score. Product looks great, lots of pictures/items etc I would recommend

It is an excellent product, it kept us occupied for hours, the interaction between players and internet is good to. I would recommend it if you want a night away from the TV and other screens.

Bought the Lucky Egg Murder Mystery Case File – Murder of an Activist as something a bit different for an evening in, and it turned out to be great couples entertainment. The game gives you a full case file with evidence, clues, and bits of information to work through as you try to figure out what actually happened. It feels a bit like running your own miniature detective investigation from the kitchen table. It’s a fun mix of teamwork and debate as you both start forming theories, examining the evidence, and occasionally becoming very confident about conclusions that turn out to be completely wrong. One unexpected side effect is that you also discover which one of you would probably be considered the prime suspect if something mysterious ever happened in real life… purely based on investigative logic, of course. Add a glass of wine and it becomes a really enjoyable evening activity — part puzzle, part detective drama, and part friendly interrogation.

This was so much fun to do. Husband and I did this for a late night, date night for our anniversary. Took us a total of 2 hours with lots of wine and cheese. Brilliant value for money and was entertaining.

Fun cheap way to spend time with family! We had to put some effort into this one to get everything exactly right but it was well worth it and it’s definitely not obvious! The twist is really interesting. It’s not too hard as long as you can look past obvious details. :)

This is excellent!! I was very surprised. My son was on crutches for the Summer and we were looking for sat down activities - this was brilliant. Clever - great materials - intuitive - easy to use - hard to crack etc - can’t recommend highly enough

This game was AWESOME! This was my first murder mystery game of its kind, and I LOVED it! It was challenging, but not impossible, and I was super impressed by the quality of the materials. I bought another similar game from this same company, but this one has been my favorite so far. I played as a single player, and it took me well over 3 hours to solve--but I did really get into the nitty gritty: even kept a notebook like a real detective. LOL. If you like crime drama, forensics, and solving puzzles, you will love this game!

We completed this in under 2 hrs but there was one clue missing, or at least we found nothing in the package that mentioned the clue that it was referring to. We just took a guess for the number and solved phone code.
