Very reasonably priced journal book with the same # of pages of many higher priced options. But here is where this book exceeds those; the paper is anti glare and truly easy on the eyes as well as being nice and thick, the book truly lays flat without the annoying spiral binding that eventually starts to walk out of it’s holes, it has a nice elastic to keep the book closed, a functional pen loop, AND an attached ribbon book mark. All in all a highly useful set up. I chose the floral cover and the color and design is so pretty. Additionally I love the slightly pebbled texture of the cover.

Above and beyond what I was expecting, honestly. Two days in and so far it seems like an impressively sturdy little book. The cover finish looks very nice, binding is actually constructed of sewn signatures, paper has a nice finish with no noticeable bleed, and really does appear to be good, 100gsm thickness, and 37 lines of dots, top to bottom, is pretty much exactly right for my day/month planning purposes. Big fan of the elastic pen holder and closure, and the ribbon bookmark. I was also very pleased by the inclusion of several pages of pre-printed Table of Contents pages at the front, in addition to the 160 pages of dotted paper. Pre-printed spots for page number and date were much appreciated for me too, as someone who’s much closer to the minimalist, practical end of the bullet journaling spectrum, as opposed to the art book end of things. Overall, this seems like a well made, nicely thought out and laid out little bullet journal, with several details specifically designed to make life easier for the user (love the little card/document pocket in the back cover). I’m seriously considering grabbing another to have ready for when I inevitably fill this one up.

This was meant to be for making notes of things I want to look into later as I’m writing out the Bible. It’s turned into a multi purpose notebook. I should probably have gotten a few more for organization purposes. It’s pretty and well made. I’m using it for keep note of what ink is in each of my fountain pens so I’m doing swatches in it too and there is no bleeding. It’s got a good quality paper. I love the size of it.

Have purchased these notebooks in the past and although I love the cover design and overall quality of these notebooks, I was disappointed that this version is missing several things that older designs had. Specifically, there is no table of contents or date/page number spaces. I really loved those features and am disappointed these don't have that. This said the quality is still very high--paper is great weight and doesn't bleed through like even some more expensive brands do. Just bring back the table of contents and spaces for page numbers and date!

WOW! I am so happy I bought two!!! I am in LOVE with this! I have left handed and its hard for me to write in anything that doesnt lay flat or has the metal spiral. I cant love this enough! It does completely lay flat when writing and it is a nice hard cover!!! Thank you so much! Durability I can see lasting a long time! I needed this for work! I use gel pens and nothing writes through! I am so over joyed and its so pretty!

Super pretty, it actually DOES lay fully flat, opened. A really big deal for me, because I love the look and feel of hardbound drawing books , but hated how awkward they were when using them. Comes with a cute little pen/pencil holder sewed on, as well as a ribbon band to keep it closed, and another attached ribbon as a bookmarker. The paper is thick enough for most media( haven’t tried watercolor) without bleed-thru. And something about the look and texture of a hardcover journal/art book just feels more intimate and special. I purchased the blank pages, floral patchwork one , as I wanted this to be my dedicated ‘Wanderlust’ drawing journal. Something for my walks, outdoor adventures, to capture scenery, nature, animals, my own imagination l, & other things that tickle my soul while out & about that make me want to sit down and ‘take it in’. And this is perfectly suited for that. The pictures really don’t do it justice.

This is a beautiful journal with lovely paper and a great elastic closure & a pen loop. It offers a clear date option & at the bottom, a page number. This allows for use for many possible uses. Makes a great gratitude journal, but could be useful for even cataloging research. Wonderful feel, look & function.
