Very well made twister with quality materials. Handles can be slid and locked in 3 resistance slots. The guide accompanying the twister was in Chinese so it took me some time to figure out the correct way of sliding the grips. I am 5'10", weighing about 75kg and have been working out moderately for some years. I am able to do the front exercises at the lowest resistance with maximum effort. The over-the-head and back-of-the-neck exercises are too difficult for now. The biceps exercise is out of the question because of the length of the twister and also its resistance. Therefore, it may not be very useful for beginners and people of small build. I wish Proberos had a lower resistance twister of the same design.
