I like this chicory, its fresh, it doesn't harden, its strong. Its not instant powder - so don't expect it to dissolve (same like instand coffee vs filter coffee). It can be prepared the same way like filter coffee. (Fastest way, when feeling lazy: put 1 small tsp of chicory for a cup (200 ml approx), and sugar if required and pour hot water, mix, cover and let it brew for 5 minutes, it'll settle down. It can be filtered or just had like this without stirring). It tastes (for my taste) much better than instant. It doesn't taste like coffee, so dont excpect coffee taste. But its a good refreshing bitterish drink - thats how chicory is supposed to taste. Good for digestion. I would suggest having it without milk - it doesn't taste good. Maybe with sweet condensed milk if at all required.

Read the reviews about it not mixing well with water well that's expected because it doesn't work like instant coffee powder, you'll have to add it to boiling water and then use a strainer to filter out the insoluble material. Tastewise it's not exactly like coffee that's again understandable since it's not coffee but still satisfys that urge to have a hot coffee so if you're trying to quit caffeine it can be a good alternative.

Didn't like the smell and taste.

It is not what I was expecting. I Ordered as it would have been Powder but it is found as dust. While mixing it is not melting/disolving.I am cheated.

Price is on the higher side. But quality is good

Superb taste which is very close to taste of coffee. The only thing which can put anyone off is the tiny particles which are really difficult to strain... So just leave the last sip and everything is great

This review is only for people who want to use this as a means of cutting down their coffee intake. Is it coffee? - no. Every sip u take will remind u that. Does it taste like coffee? - no Will it satisfy your urge to drink coffee? - no Does it have caffeine? - then why would someone drink this instead of the heavenly coffee. So now that we've established those four facts you can use it as a replacement for coffee to cut down on ur caffeine abuse. Atleast that's what I bought this for. Trick is to not make it strong. Make a weak brew and tell yourself it tastes like coffee. After a while you will start believing your lie. As an added bonus of drinking this you will appreciate your morning cup of actual coffee so much more now. So much more! Product in itself is good. I would have no issues buying it again.
