Great for soldering!
I am using this a lot. I've been using it for soldering but it has come in handy overall as just a good magnetic surface for all of my magnets. The magnifier comes in handy when I am trying to solder a joint properly and can't afford to miss it. The clips come in handy a lot, stay still when I put them somewhere, and hold very well. I've had a wire in one clip, a circuit board in another, and the last holding the magnifier and they were all perfectly still. The magnifier definitely needs to be held if you want it in one place though, which is odd but you can use a clip easily to fix that. The build quality is great and feels real solid. No cheap parts found on it. I've accidentally touched the plastic pieces of the clips with my soldering iron on several occasions and they are still holding up great. The functionality and versatility of this tool is amazing. I bought a microscope and I use it with this to hold pieces together when I really need a good view of what I am doing and it just works like it should.

Screws need LocTite, otherwise great
The screws work loose very quickly, needs loctite to hold them in place. Otherwise works great, holds wires well, and maintains position

Not Bad
Works well - perfectly sized for working on Gameboy or N64 cartridge boards. You can have one hand pushing the battery in place while two hold the PCB - with 1 left over. I wish I bought one with a nice light - quality direct light on your project is vital. Im sure that would increase the cost but its worth it.

Good product
Holds graphics card boards of about 6x3" reasonably well, and the little magnifier helps a lot with checking whether a throughole is clear or not. Good quality product, especially for the price. It has better grip that I was expecting, I can put a fair bit of pressure down with my iron and it will hold on fine.

Not what I was hoping for.
Unfortunately the arms have no strength. I tried to solder and the arms bend when touched.

Legs self loosen but good for the price
Definitely helps during soldering, the legs loosing on their own is Definitely a thing but its not a big deal. Esp for the price.
