a friend recomended Adams Polishes products to me, i've used Zaino, Chemical Guys and Griots stuff in the past, where Zaino is awesome but does not have a ceramic coat product. truck came with cerakote or something, lasted a year, i've applied chem guys and griots at least 3 times in 4 years. changed it up to Adams, used the spray advanced. cleaned with the graphene shampoo, used a new foam cannon, and i tell you, this stuff foams. followed instructions and used 3oz in the foam gun mixed with water, 3oz in a 3 gal bucket, unfortunately the bucket says chemical guys (wink wink Adams, i need an Adams bucket). soap worked great and left no residue, foamed a nice thick rich foam that lasted quite awhile. noticed on the rinse the ceramic properties beading the water off already, and i stripped any previous coatings prior to wash. would give 10 stars if i could, now an Adams user for life!!

I picked up Adam’s Graphene Shampoo mainly to maintain my ceramic-coated car, but I’ll admit I was skeptical at first. Some “graphene” washes claim to be pH-neutral yet end up being too strong and dull the coating (I use my wife’s car as my guinea pig 😬). Adam’s specifically claims full coating compatibility even though this shampoo has a pH of 8-9, so I gave it a proper test using both a foam cannon and the two-bucket method. Results: Out of the foam cannon, the foam is shaving-cream thick — dense, rich, and clings long enough to lift grime before I touch the paint. I’ve found the ideal mix ratio to be about 8:1 (water to shampoo) for the perfect balance of foam density and slickness. The mitt glides effortlessly, and it rinses clean without streaking or leaving any film. After drying, the finish looks mirror-like — my hood literally reflects the sky (photo attached). Water beads tightly but naturally, preserving the original coating’s hydrophobic effect. My routine: I wash weekly, but I only use the Graphene Shampoo once a month as a deep-clean maintenance wash. The other three weeks I stick with Adam’s Blue Car Shampoo, which is also pH-neutral and great for gentle weekly washes. That combo has kept my coating looking freshly applied for months. Why 4 stars instead of 5: • It’s on the pricey side compared to Adam’s Blue Shampoo. • The “graphene” marketing can sound a bit hyped — this is best as a maintenance wash, not a coating in a bottle. • The scent is ok. Sort of a cross between a synthetic pear/apple. Good enough to pass the sniff test, not enough to make your kid want to pop the top off and take a swig. • Goes on super easy. Still, if you have a ceramic or graphene coating and want a slick, safe, and low-pH wash that leaves a deep gloss, this one delivers. The results — and the shine — speak for themselves.

Was the best shampoo I used highly recommend it!

Does not produce thick foam and hydrophobic properties are minimal. I prefer Meguiars gold class for price and performance.

This soap leaves a slick finish when dried and cleans well. But save your money and stay away from the detail spray from Adam’s.
