Hello. I have had mine installed for about six months and have not had any problem with the USB chargers working.

What is the color of the LED light on the outlet?

I bought 6 packs and already mounted but not used it yet. The little blue LED light comes on when power is on. It looks OK but I wished inside USB port was white instead black which doesn't match with whole receptacle.
