Really nice quality playhouse! Solid wood, all the pieces fit together very well, very well constructed, easy assembly. It takes about an hour to put it together with the help of a drill. It's a little hard to line everything up if you're constructing it outside on soft ground, so best to put together on a solid hard surface. The instructions made it look like the flower box attached the other way, so it looks like I did that part backwards. The only thing I think could be improved would be for the floor to be more reinforced. It's fine for small children, which is what it's for, but if a full sized adult ever tried to go inside, they'd probably fall through the floor because it's just attached with a few screws on all sides. It is small, but great for children.

I bought this play house to convert in to a small chicken coop. It is very cute. I had one helper and we put it together in less than an hour with only a power drill. It is very small. I would say if you're buying it for children, one or two kids, six years and under could play inside comfortably. When i received the package and was taking the wood out, some of the wood was split. Pros: Very easy to put together Super cute when finished Comes with the screws to put it all together Cons: The wood is very light, not sure how long it will hold up The windows have no plastic or glass in them, they are just open It is small

This playhouse was super easy to put together. Took around 30 minutes or less by myself. It also arrived much quicker than stated. However, there was a fiercely strong chemical odor. Not like, "Oh that's a bit stinky." More like "OMG my eyes and throat are burning! And it smells too as a side note." Thankfully, im not using it with kids or i would be hesitant. Hours later, my throat is still a bit sore and irritated and you can very much smell it strongly when you walk outside past it. I have some time to let it sit outdoors and air out so will wait and see. Not sure with as strong as these chemicals are if it will in time. I would definitely recommend painting and sealing it if you're planning on keeping it outdoors in the winter or get a lot of water as the wood is thin enough where moisture will probably warp it if not weatherproof. If that odor goes away, I'd buy it again. I couldn't even let my daughter help me build it because it was so strong and she's sensitive to many chemicals. If it was making me react (when I normally wouldn't have), I definitely wasn't going to risk exposing her to it. If those fumes go away, it should be a great little house though.

Used this as a dog house for my dogs and they loved it. It’s a great size and easily assembled. It is exactly as pictured.

I’m sure human children would love this tiny little playhouse. I did not buy it for my kids though, I bought this playhouse to replace an ugly wire dog crate for my large breed dog. She is non destructive, so all I had to do was add a slide bolt to the door. The house is adorable, fit my space perfectly, and has plenty of room inside for my dog to stand or lay down comfortably, with extra room for her food and water bowls. It was an easy enough build for me, but would have been even easier with two people. It did have a strong pine/fir smell when I unboxed it, so be sure to let it air out for a few days. I added some lighting to the inside and outside and I’ve gotten lots of compliments from humans, the dog seems to love it too!

The little house looks good in the pictures but once you actually get it you can see the difference. The roof boards do not overlap and it will leak when it rains. Nothing to keep the rain out of the windows either. You might as well take them off because they serve no purpose. To sit it on dirt will not be a good idea unless you plan to build something to sit it on. I could go on but since I'm sending it back I won't

My kids love it, very sturdy and a great Playroom addition. Fairly dark on the inside, recommend buying some sort of led lights or tap lights. Easy to put together. Overall a great buy definitely would recommend.

Bought this for outdoor cats. Keep on covered porch.
