Just perfect
It’s perfect when you need a cold pack but larger. The gel within never actually freezes but retains a very low temperature for hours while being flexible. I’ve used it as an actual pillow on top of my bed pillow (when it’s not ice cold). Better use case is to place the gel pillow over your bed pillow to transfer the coldness and then lay back down, brings instant relief. Also use it to cover much larger areas such as the stomach or abdomen. From room temperature to ice cold does take a few hours, although it is much faster than water based ice packs in the freezer.

Comfortable, flexible relief
These are very comfortable to sleep with in addition to your normal pillow. Stays cool for a long time. Stays flexible even in the freezer, provided plenty of relief. I bought 2 and I am glad i did.

Better than an ice pack!
I love this gel pack! Its large size is perfect for a knee or ankle. And the fact that it’s soft and bendable makes it especially easy to wrap it around the sore area. I’ve used it a couple of times in the last couple of months with no problems. It freezes quickly, and fits easily in the freezer.

Good product. Smaller than shown
Very nice. Not as large as picture shows unless you have a Beetlejuice head but it works great. It would be perfect if it had a strap so it stays in place when you're sitting up

Definitely gets cold!!! Be sure to place something between your skin and this. Definitely does its job and keeps you cool!

Great for migraines
My daughter swears by these when she gets a migraine. They stay cold and make it easier to carry on with your day when you can’t lay down.
