Strong, UV‑Resistant Line for Expanding Drip Systems
The MIXC 200ft 1/4‑inch Distribution Tubing has proven to be a reliable and flexible backbone for expanding a drip irrigation system. The material has just the right balance of rigidity and pliability—sturdy enough to hold its shape along long runs, yet flexible enough to route around corners, garden beds, and tight spaces without kinking. It connects cleanly to standard barbed fittings, emitters, and 1/2‑inch mainline adapters, and once seated, the joints stay secure even under higher water pressure. During testing, the tubing maintained consistent flow across multiple branches, and there were no leaks or blowouts, which is not always the case with budget irrigation lines. The black UV‑resistant material also holds up well under direct sun, showing no early signs of brittleness or cracking. At 200 feet, the roll provides plenty of length for larger gardens or multi‑zone setups, and it cuts cleanly without fraying. For anyone building or upgrading a drip system, this tubing offers dependable performance, easy installation, and solid long‑term durability.

Flexible and soft
Super flexible and easy to connect fittings. Seems to move water quickly and efficiently with good pressure. Can't speak to longevity yet since we just installed in the garden but we live in southern AZ so the sun will be the real test of quality. Will update after the summer heat and let you know.

doesn't work with brass fittings or pressure
This will probably work fine for low/no pressure drip purposes, but it's really soft and will not work if the line is supposed to carry much pressure.

Works great under normal condition
Works way better than hard plastic tubing, Have had for over 6 months so far and theres no stiffening. It also allow easy insertion of fitting in to the tube. The only negatives I've ran into is if you want a straight part for a outlet it won't work it loves curve. The second negative I've ran into is on hot days with bright sun the fittings are more likely to Pop apart well watering. That ends my review.

First batch, great; second one, awful
I bought this item twice. The first time, the tubing that I received was relatively flexible, and it was very easy to slip it onto the ends of the various connectors. The connectors have little ridges that are wider than the front part of the connector, and there is a little bit of resistance as you try to push the tubing over that ridge, but once it was over, the tubing tightened up again, and there is no chance that it would be blown off because drip systems are, by definition, low pressure. I liked it so much that, after I had used up the first batch of tubing, I bought a second batch. It was completely different. When I opened the pack, it looked similar, being black and glossy. But as soon as I touched it I could feel the difference, it was far more rigid. If I held the end of the first batch of tubing between my thumb and forefinger, I could very easily press the tubing together, so the opening was, basically, tightly shut. With the second batch of tubing, I was completely unable to squeeze it until it closed. Correspondingly, it was extremely difficult to push this tubing onto the drip connectors. The instructions say to dip it in hot water, but you're outside in the garden, and hot water cools down pretty quickly. So, I threw out the second batch, and bought a different brand, which is far more flexible.

This did not seem to be as advertised. I specifically ordered the MIXC tubing instead of a generic 1/4 inch tubing hoping it would work as well as the tubing that came with the two different MIXC kits i previously ordered. But this tubing was not as stiff or as lage (outside diameter) as the tubing that came with either of the kits. It did work, but not well at all. It was very hard to seat into the fittings and they would leak. I could eventually get them to stop leaking but with much fiddling. Not at all satisfied with this purchase but overall very happy with the MIXC system and components. You may be just as successful with generic tubing at almost 1/2 the price and in smaller lengths.
