It absolutely helps with damage and brings some life back into my hair However, you have to be careful with how much you use It is quite thick, so it can feel a little heavy if you apply too much. For my hair type, it’s great for detangling, but I recommend starting with a small amount and building up. Overall, an effective, budget friendly bond repair option.
