See update below! I will update this if they ever get back to me. This product has a lifetime guarantee and it failed on me, which is OK. I was working away from my residence for a couple of years and hadn't used it. In fact, it still looks brand new, but it does not work. I'm guessing the battery is gone, but I'm not sure. The company asked me for a copy of my receipt which I provided and now they have said absolutely nothing in response to my last couple of emails. I will update this review if in fact, they honor their lifetime guarantee but as of now they have not done so. So buyer beware. Actually, I recommend calling in the future not emailing, there is a number you can call and they will handle your concerns. They are replacing this item with a brand new one and Mary, the girl that helped me out was wonderful. I've bumped this back up to five stars because the item itself when it works is fabulous. And customer service of this level once I actually got through, is stellar.

After wasting my time with a "consumer" grade massage gun with a stall force of 30-40 lbs I purchased this one because of it's advertised 70 lbs stall force (10 more than Theragun btw). I can't stall it. 6'3" 270 lbs rehabing 2 knee replacements. Well I can if I get ridiculous but I can wail deep on my quads and hams with any attachment at any speed without stalling it. Or lean into my lower back with the unit wedged between me and my chair for a mystical experience. I love it. For the price it is amazingly strong. I am a little concerned about durability, so we'll see how it holds up and I would certainly update with any issues. The battery has a nice deep connection in the handle but when I am pressing firmly it feels a little wonky/loose/ain't gonna last. One great feature, though, is that the way that the controls are laid out you can hold this gun anywhere, so often I do not even use the handle, I hold the body of the gun while using. The gun is nice and quiet......until you get a little off center. Then the piston seems to rattle on the casing and makes a pretty loud noise. If you adjust your press to be more "on center" you can avoid it but it is a bit of a pain to have to worry about it. When it is not rattling is is really nice an quiet. Overall I love it, 4 stars due to small deficiencies. Great lower priced unit with plenty of push. Gotta love the "finger shaped" tool as well, LOL.

I didn’t realize how tight I was prior to my workouts. This allows me to massage and loosen up the muscles I’m about to train. I’m so limber and ready to hit the heavy weights on my first set. I even use it during the workout if I feel a tightness spot so I don’t have to slow down. After my workout I drink my shake, sit down and massage the muscles again. My DOMS has been almost non-existent. This is allowing me to hit my major groups twice a week Comps to other guns: Cons I saw in reviews, was battery life, I’m confused cause I’ve used this at least 2 hours before charging and the battery was still showing at 40-60%. Non issue at all! Case is perfect material and size Quiet, like quieter than my electric toothbrush, quiet. I’m a big guy and can barely scratch my back, but the shape and handle allow me to hit everywhere on my back. Attachments. Came with five. I’ve only used the ball one and it’s amazing. I did a lot of research before purchasing. There are a lot of options in this $100-$200 price range. I can’t imagine another would be better, considering the quietness of this powerful machine. The company also seems to actually care about the customer experience.

I lost my charger and they sent me a new one. When I opened the package it had skittles in it. New charger and a pack of skittles?? 5 stars love the nice gesture guys

The vibrator is plenty powerful however it needs an attachment that is wide and soft to really be effective. Probably should have chosen a different style.
