Perfect Replacement!
This remote works perfectly and was easy to program. Some reviewers said it arrived with no directions, but the directions are right on the Amazon product page under product details. Only thing I would add is that they say to enter the last 6 digits of the RID on the STB (set top box). I saw no "RID" but I used the last 6 digits of the serial number on the bottom of the STB and it worked the first time and perfectly. Make sure you have one of the listed devices, C71KW-200 or C71KW-400 which is found on the label on the bottom of the unit. My was the C71KW-400. At the price I paid, worth every penny. Even came with batteries!

Perfect replacement
Absolute match for my original AT&T Controller. Super compatible, functionable and paired up immediately to all surround sound devices to include Samsung TV and Onkyo Receiver. Works perfectly

Almost an exact match
It is nice to have a second remote controller. Even though my wife and I sit an arm length apart having a personal remote is easier than asking for the remote. The only thing I didn't like about this controller was the activation instructions, totally useless. In order to add a second remote you have to (in my case) open direct TV settings function and locate the remote edit portion and add the second remote. Now both remotes work exactly the same. One small dislik is the length of time the remote button light stays on, it is way too short.
