I grew up with this always in the kitchen so it's a much prized seasoning from hash browns, roasted sweet potatoes, fried chicken, to meatloaf, and everything in between. This is a wonderful blend of spices that just take foods to a different level without being over the top. If you use a bit of salt in some dishes, why not use a seasoned salt. I would receive care packages from home with this included, and any trip back to the States used to mean I'd bring a couple of containers back. Before I started to find it available here in England I tried making a clone recipe but it was nowhere near the same. I was purchasing the 1 lb (453gr) shaker, which would last me about a year, for around £10. Finding this 2.5lb jar for £13, shipping included, only £3 more for one and a half times more product meant it would be silly not to order it. Truly a good buy, and well worth it in my opinion.

I don't like my food to be spiced too hot so this seasoned salt is just perfect for me. It adds a touch of extra flavour without dominating the meal. I use it with most everything: in stews, omelletes, soups - you name it. It is also a great addition to air fried chips. Put a little oil in a bowl, add the seasoned salt and them toss in your fresh made or frozen chips, twirl them around in the seasoned oil until they are all coated, then put them in the air fryer and cook as normal. It adds a little bit of colour and great seasoning. I first came across this seasoned salt in the US and brought some home. It lasted a good while but I was devastated when it ran out and I was not planning to go back to America any time soon because of Covid. When I saw it online for sale online, I was thrilled. I bought a catering tub, so that should last me for a long time.

Great base for seasoning/marinating meat and fish, no MSG, you don't need much either.

A salty finishing salt for rubs on meat or chicken, good flavor but be cautious about the amount used. Can easily overpower chicken flavor , good on briskets.

Come on! It's Lawry's!!! Who doesn't like Lawry's. I've worked many restaurants in my youth and Lawry's has been a standard on the shelf. Toss some on a burger before it hits the grill, rub some all over a chicken massaged in olive oil, dust pork ribs liberally with it right as they hit the grill, sauce afterwards and enjoy, because it's Lawrys! It's been around longer than I've been alive so that shows some good quality, versatility, and longevity because I bet it will still be around after I'm gone.
