I love using soy candles and these were great! All three scents were very nice, the only one that was a little strong was the Leather Mahogany. When you smell it before lighting it, it is a very strong masculine scent- it reminded me of men's cologne- but once lit it is much more tame and actually really nice. The Tobacco Vanilla scent was light and sweeter, and the Bergamot was very clean smelling. I think the Tobacco was my favorite scent of the three. I really love how these candles look. They are in a nice, thick green glass that looks very modern with wooden lids. Very outdoorsy and also just a lot nicer than I would've expected for the price point. It can be nerve-wracking buying scented things online, but I'm very happy with this purchase! These would make a great gift too.

Bought as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loved them! Great value. Very fragrant.

This is my second or third order from Allegorie, and I have been really impressed both times. I bought the mens candle set to help make my house smell nice when we have guests over, but I wanted it to look cool. The dark glass really suits the decor in my house, and the scents are amazing. My favourite is the tobacco and vanilla, which is sweet but not too overpowering. The packaging is also really nice, so it would make a good gift. I will definitely buy them again!

Abit too pricey but impressive quality. Nice packaging and long slow burning even after hours and hours of continuous use. And the scent holds all the way down to the last flicker. The leather smell is pretty spot on but, the sandalwood mix doesn't really work for me. But... the tobacco vanilla is 🙌🥹 heavenly. I would rebuy and rebuy if the option was available for just get all tobacco blend single or multiples. It's really that good.

This set is better suited as a decorative piece. Each candle has a fantastic scent, but the fragrance does not last long.

As I reviewed this I had to keep in mind that's its presented as giftable. Mine arrived with 2 of the 3 jars broken. One was cracked, one was shattered. Normally I would read them the riot act for this, but the packaging did seem like it should have held up. It didn't, making this ungiftable but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and only -1 star for this, where normally it'd be way more, because the packaging seems like it should have worked, this may have just been really bad luck. Once I knocked away all the glass with a hammer and got the candles into a whiskey glass to burn, I was greeted by three polarizing scents. I give tobacco and vanilla 5 stars. It is an elite candle, I review a lot of candles and am not very liberal with the 5 star ratings. Bergamot and sandalwood was a 4 star, and leather and mahogany was a 3 star. Average the three out and you get a 4 star candle set, -1 for the breakage.

I am a man that likes candles. My wife had gotten me a box of "manly" candles a while ago and when I saw this, I was looking to get something similar for my office. I really enjoy these scents. They are strong enough to give off the smell, but not so strong that they overwhelm the room. You could keep these going all day and enjoy the subtle smell as opposed to being overwhelmed by it. My only criticism is that I feel like the size is a bit small especially for the price. This currently sells for $40, and in my opinion, this set should be closer to $30, but that doesn't bother me enough to drop a star. I would highly recommend these for that more masculine smell and especially if you can find them on sale.

Absolutely amazing smell - bought for my Grandson & he loves them!

I wanted some soy candles to replace my usual paraffin ones (I discovered the toxins paraffin gives off!) and went for these. Great packaging if you’re looking for a gift, or to just treat yourself. Look and smell great. Tobacco Vanilla is my favourite 👌🏼

I love these candles and they smell gorgeous 😍. Just a subtle, manly fragrance for hubby's room! I also purchased a candle warmer, rather than lighting them, and they work really well. I will definitely buy them again.
