Brilliant, I suffer from this badly. No hot feet after 4 hrs as I do a lot of walking. Plus my feet can breathe Gel pads make my feet sweat, which makes it worse. Last for 2 days each pads for me.

I bought these to wear with some high heels for a wedding. I am not a high-heel wearer so knew I would 100% experience the burn. These helped for a few hours but then the burn set in and the shoes came off. They would be great for a short event or for those with a higher burn threshold!

They worked as well as the stick on pads to eradicate foot pain after a big operation, but they move and end up strangling your toes if you don't take your sock and shoe off and reposition them.....not always possible.

I purchased these pads since I had developed a corn on the ball of one foot after beginning a step aerobics regimen. I'm very pleased with the cushioning they provide as well as their durability. I've been able to re-use the first one from the package for over a month--just a quick wash in soapy water, rinse, pat dry, and it's good to go! I used Dr. Scholl's corn remover to get rid of the corn, but I continue to use a foot pad when stepping to ward off another corn. It's comfortable and I forget it's there while I'm exercising. I recommend this product.

Though the items appears to be as listed. It was not what I was expecting. I was expecting a little more padding on ball of foot. The product box said to add “baby powder” to prevent slippage. I think someone had previously tried one pair on with powder. Even so I was still planning to return as Item not quite what expected.
