I have now bought two packages of these. I am a small-framed woman with average length fingers. I have trigger finger on my right ring finger. The ONLY product I have found which does not swallow my entire finger (thus making it impossible and highly uncomfortable to wear) is the shorter finger splint from this company. Most seem made for Shaq! If I wear it at night, I have no problems the next day. I am totally unaware of it being on my hand. The design of is quite stable and customizable. I feel lucky to have found it especially since I don't even know what Mallet Finger Deformity is!! Wish I could buy the short one alone.

I kept bumping my very bad finger wound, so ordered these splints. They arrived the next day, are exactly what I was hoping for, easy to put on a painful finger without causing more pain, and working great to protect it from bumps.

This finger splints were amazing for my daughter when she hurt her finger. It was amazing and soft and gave her finger the support it needed. One thing is though it gets kind of dirty easily so just keep that in mind.

I tried out every type of finger splint for my mallet finger while waiting for an appointment with the orthopedist. This is both the most comfortable and also the one that he approved as keeping my finger in the proper extended position. I bought a couple of spares so I can swap if one gets wet or dirty. A big benefit of this style is that if I do ever have to remove it, I can get it on and off without accidentally bending my finger. I did try the same style in a different brand, but the strap wasn't as wide, so it didn't immobilize the joint as well. The one modification I made for additional comfort was to add a needle-felted wool pad on the base and under the strap for cushioning and to keep my finger from feeling clammy against the foam.

I plan to keep the finger splint because I plan to add another strap to secure my finger better as shown in the second picture. I wanted these for two reasons: So I can bend the tip up and because it will dry quickly after a shower. Using only one strap the finger splint is not secure unless you tighten until it is too tight that it hurts. The last picture I showed is what I have been using, but it doesn’t have the slant I need which I did a makeshift slant of my own. The splint should not have to hurt to be secure. The splint needs another strap. This splint may be sufficient for a trigger finger, but does not work for my drop finger, (aka mallet or hammer finger). Maybe it works for others that have it.

I have mallet finger and the plastic splint I got from doctor is uncomfortable, and the majority of stuff on the internet is too long according to the doctor. This tip was the perfect size to treat my mallet finger tip. It was comfortable and provided range of motion that did not need to be stabilized. Unfortunately, it break easily. The foam separates from the Velcro strap attachment, rendering it useless. I was able to exchange for new easily, but the exchanged version also broke after a couple of weeks. I am glad I found it and was able to use, but it is a shame it breaks so fast.

After hunting A LOT for adequate support for pinky finger, found this and was YES That's it! PERFECT is this Mama's rating, even though the Physicians Assistant poo pooed it. It far out did the custom splint made by the therapist in the clinic!

I had dropped a 50lb roll of butcher wrapping paper and my pinky finger got the worst of it. This really helped with straightening my pinky out after wearing it for about 5 weeks

Na een maand wachten op deze bestelling ontving ik een goedkoop spalkje uit China. Geeft geen steun, zit los en is helemaal niet wat ik ervan had verwacht. Retour was op eigen kosten in een enveloppe met postzegel, dus ook geen retourbewijs.
