This has helped my wife so much. After a compression fracture at T8 it has helped keep her straight without being too constructive. Comes off easily but took some time to figure out how to use it. It comes apart easily for cleaning. We put the parts in the washer and dryer and they were fine. One advantage over other braces is that it has shoulder straps lime a back pack and a bar in the front which helps pull the spine up relieving pain. The only down side is that the front part can feel a bit constricting until you get used to it. Also wonder if it might be dangerous to use while driving if an airbag deployed.

I found this brace very helpful for the price. It supports and restricts movement quite will and it's super easy to put on by your self. But, I'm a pretty large guy and I found that it chafed my supersized love handles. I returned it and got the more expensive one, which seems to be the next generation. It's even easier to put on because both of the strings connect to one side instead of two and the wrap around sides are a less cumbersome design so. I would keep it if not for my individual challenge. If you are a smaller build get it.

This back brace looks very sturdy and well made. What i don't like about it, due to my physical disabilities, mostly from my back down to my waist, is that since I live mostly on a bed..a sedentary lifestyle, i can't lie down with this brace. Neither face up or sideways due to its hard surface on the back. That would've been too uncomfortable. I reluctantly had to return it. I will consult with my spine specialist & hear what he believes I should use, especially after my upcoming BIG spinal surgery. (I should've asked him first). It is a well made product and I was sorry that I had to teturn it. 😔

This unit has really repaired my back after my car accident. It’s tight but comfortable. Even when driving

43 years ago I broke my back and it was fused back in place. I have suffered occasional problems with my back over the years the worst of which is I have become increasingly stooped. This brace helps to straighten me up thus relieving most if not all of the pain. It is well made and once properly adjusted fits perfectly. I would warn against wearing it so often that your muscles become dependent on it and grow weakened. It has been very helpful for me wearing it a few hours a day.

Definitely not worth what you pay for it. The velcro won't hold the stomach piece in place strong enough to get a nice tight fit. The shoulder straps are very hard to adjust. I was really hoping that this would be the brace I had been looking for, but it was not to be. Definitely save your money on this one.
