INCREÍBLE

Compré este cuchillo para utilizarlo exclusivamente en la carne de las barbacoas, y estoy muy contento con él. Lo estrené con unos chuletones de vaca y cortaba la carne y los tendones como si fuesen mantequilla, casi dejándolo caer solamente. Es muy buena compra, está muy bien afilado, es bonito y viene con una funda para la hoja y una caja para guardarlo. Lo recomiendo.

Premetto che sono un appassionato utilizzatore di coltelli giapponesi autentici e ho acquistato questo perchè mi serviva un coltello da carne con questa forma particolare senza spendere eccessivamente e devo dire che tutte aspettative sono state soddisfatte: non ha certo le caratteristiche di taglio di un "giapponese" di alto livello ma devo riconoscere che le prestazioni sono notevoli. Il coltello è anche molto bello e ottimamente bilanciato è possiede una buona nitidezza al taglio. E' inoltre molto bene costruito, con accuratezza e la confezione, molto elegante e raffinata, si presta ottimamente per un regalo. Giudizio assolutamente positivo e strameritato.....con poco meno di 40€ ho acquistato un coltello con prestazioni e eleganza ottime. Amazon Prime impeccabile....pacco arrivato con un giorno di anticipo e di Domenica.
