The chair was packed well, and shipped very quickly. This is the only manufacturer I've dealt with that put the needed bolts in the holes of the item, therefore, no bag of lose parts, and everything is physically in place. No, they did not include a wrench, but come on, if you don't have a decent wrench, just go out and buy one, you'll eventually use it elsewhere. The chair came completely covered in plastic protective wrap is easy to put together, and appears to be made with good quality materials. The quality control is good, and I experienced no faults. It is stable (contrary to what others have written), comfortable for a client/patient and works very well as a semi-portable chair. My only complaint , is that the accompanying rolling stool is cheap in all respects, and probably should not even be included, since it detracts from the chair itself. My suggestion, is to through it away (or us it in the garage!), and get yourself a professional heavy weight stool. For someone starting out, semi-retired, or working part time from home, this chair is an excellent value, and I highly recommend it! A+++

Honestly with some of the mixed reviews.. I had my doubts but! It came with all the parts! All the screws are already installed & the wrench provided will help you remove them then install the pieces & add the screws back again it’s all simple to do & took me 30mins to complete! The chair that is provided is sadly too short but the bed is absolutely perfect! Be sure to tighten all the screws!!

It is sturdy for the price and easy to put together, but the top doesn't lift all the way up it falls to a certain spot.

bottom connector piece was welded closed with the screw in it i couldnt even get it out... so i cant install the bottom support pole. other than that looks ok but i cant use it until that piece gets replaced i actually broke a wrench trying to get it out... update i have a friend that is a plumber, he helped me remove it. i finished assembling the chair and its bery comfy and should serve me well. return/exchange process was seeming inconvenient. so luckily i remidied it on my own.
