Easy to remove but stays put
I strongly recommend this product. I did find it easier to remove than the normal KT tape, but it did stay in place and seemed to work just as well for me. Unfortunately, I have some sort of allergy to the adhesive so I’m not able to continue use of this product, but I think this is absolutely a great product for those without allergies that have sensitive skin.

It's Helpful
I first tried the "regular adhesive' KT tape and it was wonderful. For a week. Then the strong adhesive began making my skin red and I got a mild rash. It had been such a big help, I hated to give it up. So I thought I would try the "gentle adhesive" version. It helps too, but not as much. I guess that's the trade-off for having sensitive skin and not being able to use the strong version.

Excellent, works well!
Excellent! Stays all day and even through a shower as long as you don’t touch the tape and follow directions; be sure to smooth it out after application bc I think that action warms it a little and makes it stick better. I used it to keep an abdominal hernia at bay until I had surgery. I still use it sometimes when I just want a little more support in that area.

Didn't work like I hoped.
My skin doesn't react very well with the regular KT tape so I was hoping this would be better for me but it wasn't. It didn't stick very well or for very long and it still caused an irritation with my skin, but that probably has more to do with me and my sensitive skin than the tape itself.

Not strong adhesive
Any sort of movement it doesn’t stay attached it starts curling. Not happy. I have to waste extra to secure edges I absolutely need stuck so I can still function.
