I have never used an Oak Grigsby or Fender brand so I don't know if they are better for the substantial price difference but this seems pretty well made to me.

Look and work right
Seem to look and work just like the Oak Grigsby switch, but cost much less. As for longevity, only time will tell.

Work well although not as robust as the CRL type switches with the spring in them....these don't click quite so solidly into place when switching but other than that small complaint they work just fine.
