These have really helped with my 8 year old son's bedtime routine. He has been struggling with falling asleep and the pediatrician actually recommended this and the melatonin. He takes one of these every night and since he started- the struggle has surely decreased and he is falling asleep without feel anxious. He was struggling with turning his brain off. They smell good but he said they taste fine. They dont taste as good as they smell but they aren't bad either and he can be very picky. He also likes the fact they are a gummy!

I really like the product because it does help my daughter relax, but its the second time they arrive melted, even though they were delivered at 8:25am. I think ill just have to buy them at the store next time.

I bought these gummies on the recommendation of my son's teacher. She and her son both have ADHD, and she said these gummies help her son to be calmer and more focused. Both my son and I also have ADHD, and he frequently had issues in 4th grade last year due to the timing of taking (or forgetting to take) his ADHD medication. Unfortunately, these gummies don't seem to do much for my son. Neither he or I can tell a difference when he's taken them, regardless of whether he has taken his ADHD medication or not. However, he still likes to take them because they are a healthier "treat" than gummy bears, which I don't buy. PROS - No synthetic dyes - Contains helpful ingredients - Tasty enough to satisfy my picky kids - Good value for the money if it works for your kid CONS - Doesn't contain magnesium glycinate, which is more useful for calming and regulating neurotransmitters - Doesn't work for all kids/people - Not a good value if it doesn't work

My son gets nervous and has anxiety and he didn't want him to be on meds. We bought these and they really do help! He takes 2 in the morning before getting on the bus, and he said he's not anxious after taking them. They taste great too!

Generally its a very good brand gummies are soft and taste good , this product doesn’t make the kids sleep better maybe within few months parents will see the difference not straight away Better order when is weather is cooler in the UAE so they don’t come melted I received mine in good condition

I bought this cos I needed a smaller dosage for myself. The adult version is good too but I wanted to be safe. This works great and I can feel the tension leaving my shoulders even with just one gummy. Will buy again

We love these, they are a bit pricey but my kid loves the flavor and texture which is more akin to a gummy than some, so she actually eats it.
