Just received this item. The top drawer gets almost stuck. I can push/pull it but it has a lot of resistance for half its motion range. What to do?

Have to open the top then the top draw comes out easy

Great quality

Very useful for my motorcycle tools BUT just a note , you have to open the top to open the drawers as the top works as a simple lock , almost broke it trying to pull the drawers
