I am a health guy and rosehips are a great supplement. This stuff would be perfect for making rosehip tea. However, for my purpose, I have switched to rosehips powder, because I like to add this stuff to Kombucha, and there are too many seeds in the pack. What are the benefits? Rosehips contain vitamins A and E, as well as polyphenols, which may help strengthen and protect the immune system. Heating it might destroy these vitamins. So the best way to do it is: you put the powder in Kombucha (together with carrot and beet juice), or you make your own Vodka power tonic as follows: You puree in a blender a lot of fresh grated ginger, 10 or more cloves of garlic, rosehips powder, clove powder, ginseng, ground elderberry, ashwaghanda, black pepper, turmeric, or any other healthy herb powder. Put the tonic in a big Ball jar and eat a spoonful after every meal! I'm pushing 70 and I am truly amazed at how much this herbal tonic speeds up my digestion. (No gas buildup ever again after eating a high-fiber, keto diet). Good fiber is so important for the microbiome! The key to good nutrition is getting a lot of healthy foods and herbs with every meal!

They were packaged by Maria God bless her, I hope they did not fire her. I wanted the rose hips but got chicory instead and I used it. I never would have gotten chicory but by an act of God I did and I am grateful for that. I use it every day. It is fabulous. It makes your gut perfect. It is a probiotic. It tastes good like black coffee should but does not without any bcream or sugar. Just like good tasting black coffee. It is very good for me. My gut is normal now. I will get more when this runs out.

The source of vitamin C is better than any other fruit.

Good price and fast shipping but I've used rosehips for years and these have a kind of odd smell to them. My pet doesn't seem to mind and they are for him so product was not returned.
