Can we mix with imidacloprid and spray?

No. Exodus is a very powerful pesticides. Do not mix it with other pesticides, if you do you will damage the plants. Spray exodus on plants and after a gap of 15 days you can spray imidacloprid on plants.

Will it work on hibiscus?

Yes. The white fungus around stem and branches will get cure and will start bloom.

Can we mix this with fungicide like antracol? also, as it is an organic product, can we spray it when flowers are there in the plant?

Yes you can. Exodus is a organic extract. ( I see your doubt, organic pesticide is the product derived from organic extracts which will also work along with chemical pesticide or fungicides) ((bio pesticide which contians live microorganisms will not work with any chemical pesticide))just FYI.
