The repeat alarm feature is great too. It doesn't just beep once and give up - it has repeat alarm that keep going until that door is closed. The adjustable time delay means it won't go off when you're just grabbing something, and you can set the volume (though honestly, you want it loud). Just got this door alarm because I was tired of my family leaving the door to our pantry refrigerator freezer ajar. The installation was fairly straightforward, but I needed to get chat support to help me with the integration with my Google home. In the end, it did not work with my version of my Google Wi-Fi mesh point speaker, but it did work with my Alexa. Chat support was very helpful in walking me through the steps. Alarm is plenty loud and the text comes through on my phone as advertised. If it continues to perform well, I may consider buying another for another application.

The door alarm works as it should. Setup was a little difficult and I couldn't get the app to send text notifications if the door was left open. I used the chat on the manufacturer's website and to my shock, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. I was able to easily get on a support chat with an actual human who helped me troubleshoot the door alarm. Everything was fixed in just a few minutes and I started getting the text notifications. In this day and age, I must say that I am impressed with that level of support. Thank you Arka!

They've added Push notifications through the app since I made my original review and it's working great! ------------------------- Original Review ------------------------- I've only had this in use for a week, but I will give some initial thoughts. I have this set up on my garage door to help catch the times that it's left open or doesn't close all the way. The good: * Product seems well-built * Companion app works well * Alert customization is flexible (multiple time controls/stages of alerts) * Customer support has been very helpful and responsive The bad: * Had a few hiccups with setup (serial number registration didn't work and text notifications didn't work at first) * Updating the configuration is annoying (you have to update in the app, then move the device and press a button which is cumbersome on the garage door) * Text message notifications can only go to one number * Set of alerting mechanisms is small (would be really nice to have in-app notifications and email) The overview: This product helps fill a gap in the market for delayed notifications of door/window states. Hopefully this product continues to mature and gets more features. For now, it gets the job done just fine!

Love this freezer alarm. Loudness is just right n I can hear it from other rooms in the house even without my hearing aids. Sound is not so loud that it is annoying but is enough to let you know door is open. Very important to mount with exact measurements listed. Works like a charm!

The device started off great day 1, after attempting to extend the notifications for whatever reason the device would activate much sooner. Its a neat concept but considering it runs on a balance of 50 credits, i am at -7 with all the alerts after less than a month. I am unsure if i got a defective unit or what but its more of a hassle now to the point i removed my device from the app.
