Great product
This stuff works. It doesn’t work fast but over time I watched a grapefruit size black spot of varicose veins on my leg decrease down to the size of a quarter and presently nine months later it’s even less Visible. That means my circulation has improved a bit I assume.

I can I get a honest review since I only took the I was just for maybe four weeks. As for my pain level, it did not do much. It did help a little with the inflammation. I just did not stick to taking it every day.

High dosage
Bought this after being diagnosed with venous insufficiency and reading that HCE can be effective in reducing the aching, heavy-leg feeling that is one of the worst symptoms. I brought it in to show my doctor at my annual physical and he said, "500mg? That seems high." I said, is it OK to take? He said he'd suggested HCE to patients before, but usually 100, 150mg twice a day. hadn't seen a 500mg capsule before. I kind of let it drop, but here's the thing about the high dosage: it will block you right up. I haven't been that constipated since taking an opioid painkiller years ago. So what I've started doing is putting half of the capsule into a glass of water (it tastes super-bitter, but I don't mind that) and a fistful of prunes. taking the other half the next day, also with a full glass of water (and prunes). That does the trick. So far, it's effective vs. venous insufficiency, but you need to push water and fiber/bulk in your diet. I'd suggest to the product manufacturer that they reduce the dosage.
