The MacBook was great, it came in on time, but the only thing is was the charger was broken 😞, but great 😊 other than the charger being broken (but they sent a new one in four days)❗️❗️❗️ so I’m completely satisfied 😌

I ordered two laptops from them. The first died without being connected to a power source. The 2nd had even more issues. The keyboard stopped working, the battery needed to be serviced, the laptop was dented and the trackpad stopped working. I would completely not recommend you order a laptop from his company. *UPDATE* - This is the worst product I have ever ordered off of Amazon. It has been painstakingly difficult to even write this review as the keys on the laptop I purchased from this company are sticking VERY badly. I am constantly having to go back and correct double lettering and spacing, or keys not typing all together. Also, the space bar double spaces. That's just the beginning. The battery is listed as "service battery." This was the case as soon as I took the laptop out of the package. Even more, the trackpad is now going out. Keep in mind I have had this laptop about 2 months. Let me be VERY CLEAR (I do not write reviews) DO NOT order from this company. You WILL regret it. Take my word for it, I am not someone that complains or writes reviews regularly. As mentioned, I order from Amazon VERY frequently, and I COMPLETELY regret this purchase. **UPDATE - NOW the mouse cursor just randomly disappears for no reason. I have to close the Macbook to see it return to the screen. Just one more problem to add to the list. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SELL YOU A HORRIBLE PRODUCT. I never write reviews, but this company needs to be removed from Amazon.

I was worried after reading mixed reviews if I should purchase it or not. However, because it was backed by Amazon Return policy I decided to take a chance. I completely love it! It comes in a generic white box with a new mac charger. It does not have any other ports except for the power port. The condition was extremely good. Compares to a brand new MacBook. It turned on well and fast. I created my own profiles, installed the new system update, etc. just like a new laptop. I haven't had any issues with the "heating up" problem that I read about. It gets warm, but I've had other laptops and all of them get warm when using for long periods of time, so the warmth that I get is considered normal for the amount of time that I leave it on. I use this computer for literally everything. College, work, homework, research, random web browsing. Speakers are great too. Added a picture, excuse my sticker and my keyboard cover, I also covered my screen, but for reference it is great.

I love this computer! I was hesitant at first because it was so cheap, but after watching reviews I purchased. It's very small and lightweight, the screen graphics are very good, it's good. The only thing I would say is the battery isn't very good. It does die a little quick, but I do think this is a great purchase!! Perfect for school!

So ive just purchased this macbook and ive been using it for a couple days now, and during my tests I have found a couple of issues. 1. The battery life is extremely bad this macbook dies within 3 hours, I took it with me for a couple hours and when I arrived at my destination about 30 mins later it went from 100% to 80%, when I started using it it went from 80% to 40% in an hour. IF YOUR PLANNING ON STAYING AT HOME WITH IT THEN IT WOULD BE OK AS LONG AS YOUR BY A CHARGER. 2. I noticed while charging the macbook the charger port was lose and so if you move the charger the macbook will stop charging, charging the macbook also takes a very long time it take 2 hours to charge. WHICH IS ANNOYING CONSIDERING IT DIES FAST 3. There is minor scratches all over the outer surface as well as deep dents and chunks of the case look like its been cut with something on the edges. It also has some paint coming off of the button. HOWEVER IF YOU BUY A CASE AND KEYBOARD COVER YOU WONT SEE ALL OF THE IMPERFECTIONS. 4. There was crumbs in between the keys and it came dirty with trash on the screen. IF YOU DONT MIND CLEANING IT THEN ITS OK ALTHOUGH I WOULD HAVE LIKED IT CLEAN ALREADY 5. Its runs kinda slow even after I updated it ITS NOT TOO NOTICEABLE, BUT KEEP IN MIND IT TAKES ABOUT 5 SECONDS TO LOAD THINGS 6. I have experienced crashes , while using it on about 22% the screen turned black and no buttons would work. I thought maybe it died really fast but after plugging the charger in it was still at 22% then it kept jumping from 22% to 23% and back to 22%. Also sometimes while opening apps they randomly close out or I get an error message. NOT SURE WHY THESE ISSUES ARE HAPPENING AS OF RIGHT NOW. 7. The speakers sound pretty distorted when the volume is up high so its ideal to keep it at about 50% Max. 8. Camera quality it extremely terrible it looks like a 5mp camera this macbook is definitely not for FaceTime or pictures. 9. Most apps wont work on this macbook including gaming ones as its too old and most wont be supported. 10. It has only one port which is for charging so your unable to connect anything pretty much ever since rhe battery is terrible. I DID RESULT INTO BUYING A TYPE C PORT SPLITTER SO I CAN KEEP IT CHARGED WHILE I CONNECT THINGS. OVER ALL THOUGHTS AND MY DECISION ON KEEPING IT So I have decided to still keep it, reason being is because I will only be using it at home. I got it to use for the web to search things , shop, and keep track of my business website. I also am using it to play music from through my Bluetooth speaker which by the way is the best option for sound if you want it up high. Watching movies only is great as well , there's no Netflix app or anything so you'd have to log in online which it works fine no lagging or anything, and I use my airpods for sound if I want it loud other wise id use the regular speakers on low. I overall think its an ok macbook to start off with to do some basic things with just don't expect to do much it's basically like a chrome book. I will definitely be upgrading in a couple years to something better. But for now it's ok and I like the cute small size it's very light and easy to carry around.

It was refurbished but still for the price I paid the battery won’t stay charged and can’t get my iCloud to link to it but it’s in great condition other than that

The computer is amazing and I would give it a higher rating if I could. The sound quality is perfect. I had a 2011 MacBook Pro before this and I had to turn the sound up all the way to hear anything at all but I only need to turn it half way on this one. The size is perfect and it's light as a feather. But tell me why a delivery service would leave a $1000 computer on your doorstep without even knocking?

El vendedor tiene una buena estrategia, coloca una piel tipo mica sobre la laptop y con esa mica no se perciben rayones y daños. Llegó con algunos raspones casi imperceptibles y le falla la tecla M. Sin embargo es un buen equipo, funciona correctamente y es como yo la necesito: ligera y compacta. Buen precio para un equipo usado, todo, fuera de la tecla M, funciona bien. Quizás solo le compraré una carcaza de plástico ya que la mica empieza a tener algunos tallones porque básicamente es una película plástica. Fuera de eso, estoy bien con esta compra.

Muy buen producto, cumpliendo cabalmente lo prometido ( y un poco mas, ver abajo): Lo bueno: - La batería venia completamente nueva con 0 ciclos, es decir al 100% vs el 80% publicado (Excelente). - La Macbook venia con una piel transparente protegiendo la maquina completamente (seguramente del dueño anterior) y una mica en pantalla, no necesito removerlas y viene con una protección natural fuera de la caja (Excelente), aunque entiendo que no será en todas las unidades que vende este proveedor. - La Mac, funciona perfectamente y de acuerdo a lo esperado. Lo malo: - La Mac viene con un par de pequeños rayones en los bordes que la piel instalada no alcanza a proteger, si bien son mínimos y de acuerdo a la categoría adquirida, siempre se tiene la esperanza de que este perfecta cuanto a lo cosmético, al ser un producto del 2015 sin embargo es entendible y razonable.
