Timer does not work

The sand gets stuck in the timer. It only runs for 5 minutes before getting stuck. We had to tap it to try and get it to run again. We just resorted to using a phone to time the 15 minutes.

Works like any typical sand timer, sometimes simple is best.

sand stopped flowing

Sand stop flowing after six weeks. We mouinted it properly. We have a dry heat outdoor sauna and will add water to the rocks. Moisture gets into the glass and the sand stops flowing

Stopped working after a week

Stopped working after a week… we put this up in our brand new sauna, and within a week it stopped working.. the sand chunked up and wouldn’t flow through the glass bottle.. It was put up following company instructions and no damage occurred to it. It was really unfortunate.. They did send us a new one free of charge which was nice and so far it’s been working.

Timer looks beautiful but like others who have written a review the sand get stuck and does not flow with gravity. Lasted about 2 months.
