Yes, this can be installed on a ceiling and can hold 2 layers of drywall or up to .16 LB/Ft (1.28 LB/Channel).

Can it be gun nailed to a concrete wall?

I’m sure it can but the real question would be can the gun nails then support the weight of the drywall being attached to the channeling or would they give way over time. A better option might be some closed sell foam glued to the concrete with a thermal barrier then use 1x2s in a cross hatch pattern, attaching those with concert screws through the CCF, leaving space for electrical then attach drywall to it. You’ll gain a greater thermal barrier and create the sound dampening effect you want.

Can this be used on both sides of an interior wall? the wall in question will be separating a fitness room from a bedroom...

Using on both sides of wall combined with sound deadening insulation will reduce sound transmittion more then one side.

My wall and ceiling studs are 16” oc from what i am reading i can space these at 25” oc for both the walls and ceiling ?

Installing the product 24" on center rather than 16" on center means you have less material transferring sound from the studs/joists to the drywall attached to the channel. Acoustic testing is always done using channels on 24" centers, since it gives better results.
