It provides excellent support for the muscles.
I have a minor knee injury, and this muscle tape has been effective so far. I haven't tried it during running or sweating yet, but the tape is definitely worth considering if you're looking for relief and support.

Good product but not 5 stars
It sticks and it was cheap. Not seen anything to suggest it performs any better or any worse than other tape. The stickiness is average at best but worked for what I need.

La he utilizado porque tengo dolor en la muñeca a causa de la computadora. Ha funcionado, pero definitivamente no es la "cura" ni nada por el estilo. No es tan delgada como otras.
