So the serum is applied twice a day, what about the mask and belt? Shall it apply an hour daily or every other day?

The instructions on the applicator package seem to say to use it with the belt every 72 hours. At least that's what I understand from the diagram and instructions on that packet. (It's not listed on the outside kit box). :)
