Is this weatherproof for rain and ice ?

I have three of them on exterior doors in the Midwest. They are designed to go outside, and a couple months of use (in the winter) have shown no issues. I used a clear silicone to create a bead of sealant along the top and sides of the unit where it meets the door. This will ensure moisture cannot get into the unit during heavy rains, but residual moisture can evaporate through the bottom. Not mecessay, I'm sure, but I few better about it.

Could you please tell me the distance from the top of the lever to the top of the device? I'm trying to fit this under a deadbolt.

I don't think you will have any problems in that the handle is 2+inches away from the face of the door. One odd element of this lockset is that the outside panel is about 1+inch above the level of the inside panel...In other words, they don't line up evenly when you look at them from the side when the door is open. It's not that noticeable on ingress/egress.

this have auto-lock feature

The switch on the inside is either switched to open from the outside or not to open. If set to not open, then anytime the door is closed, it is locked from the outside and would require the code to unlock.

Can the handle be reversed?

Yep. Easy to do. Insert a small screwdriver into the hole located on the shaft and the lever can then be pulled off. Then just reverse.
