Fantastic tool for teaching kids emotions and social skills. The cards are engaging and durable. My child loves the reaction faces – learning feels like play.

I use these feelings cards in my therapy sessions with kids, and they’ve become one of my go-to tools. They’re simple, engaging, and super helpful for helping kids describe their day using emotions—especially when words don’t come easily. What I love most is that they give kids a visual way to recognize and name the wide range of emotions they can feel in a single day. It opens up great conversations and helps normalize the idea that we can feel more than one thing at once (like being excited and nervous—hello, school presentations!). They are also great building blocks for teaching CBT principles, as you can use the situations and feelings to then explore thoughts, reactions, and bodily sensations.
