Need to correct review!
Wonderful foot massager, but crapped out two months after warranty expired. Will try a different brand. Correction: Rated this unit a two because it stopped working, but after dealing with customer service I have to change that. I contacted them with out much hope because it was out of warranty, but they couldn't have been more gracious and offered to send a new one. Not your usual customer service!

A true foot saver!!
I’ve wanted one of these for years and never thought it would be worth it or even affordable. I’m a bartender at a busy bar and am constantly running around for upwards of 12-14 hours at a time and have plenty of foot and knee issues because of this. I did a lot of research before purchasing this and I ultimately chose this one because of the good reviews but especially because of the compression feature. It’s like a tight hug for your feet when the only remedy is squeezing the life out of your muscles. I have plantar fasciitis and this is the only thing I’ve found that has helped it. I look forward to using this after every shift and it’s one of the best investments. I’ve seen the reviews and have some tips: people have complained about the lack of heat. This gets PLENTY hot and I’ve had to turn it off halfway through a massage before. If it were any hotter my feet would fry. People have said it doesn’t massage the heal; it absolutely can if you do it properly. I’ve found that putting my feet all the way back to the heel portion instead of shoving them to the very front helps. Also, keep your knees somewhat together and it will hit your heels perfectly. The most intense massage I can get is (from top to bottom/heat to power): white/red/white/red. Obviously different combinations work better for different people and it will take a few uses to find what works best for you. Also keep in mind that the massage cuts off automatically shuts off after 15 minutes, this is because if you overuse this product it will turn your feet to mush. It feels great but must be used responsibly. Overall, this product has saved my feet and brought me so much relief and comfort. I was lucky to get a coupon but even at full price it would’ve been worth every penny. If you experience foot pain or issues, I would say it’s definitely worth giving this massager a try. I don’t review many products but hope that this can help someone else find relief.

Not as amazing as I had hoped ... but still a good purchase.
First of all, I will start out by saying that I absolutely had bigger hopes about this machine's performance than actuality. It feels good and relaxing ... but I was expecting a little more wow-inducing. For me anyways, my eyes weren't rolling back in my head because this feels so good as is the case with a couple of other massage units I own, such as a mask which massages your temples and eyes using pressurized air. I had hoped this would melt away the stress of jogging and rollerblading. It does not. I did a LOT of research before purchasing this particular unit. I looked at 20 or so different brands priced from $500 to $50. This was in the middle cost-wise but I will say that money was not an issue when I chose one of these. I was fully prepared to go top of the line, if needed. Oddly, reviews on most of these units usually seem to be mixed. Rather than buy this unit because it had more good reviews than the others ... I bought this because it seemed to have the least bad reviews out of any other machine like it. The good: - This fits my size 12.5 male feet nicely. I was worried because it said up to size 12, but I have no issues with it and it feels fine. - Unlike some foot massagers, this combines air pressure with rolling shiatsu type massage. While the air pressure doesn't do much more than keep your feet in place while the moving parts do their things on the bottom and sides of your feet, having the air pressure keep your feet in place helps you get a better massage. Don't buy the marketing hype about it helping your circulation by using compression ... the compression is way too weak to do anything for your circulation. - Removable sleeves, which are washable is not something every machine has and is particularly nice if more than one person will be using this unit. However, I will say that the process of zipping the liners in and out is complicated enough where I probably wouldn't do it often. If you have the time and energy to invest in the process, this might be a good differentiating feature to you. - Seems well made. It's lightweight enough to move around easily ... but it feels sturdy. It also looks pretty cool ... like something out of a science fiction movie. It looks futuristic and robotic and kind of cool. The black velvet-like liners do pick up a lot of lint from socks and (ew) dry flakes of skin if used with bare feet though. The bad: - The heat function is absolutely useless. After 30 minutes, it feels no different than when it is off. Many people mention this and for future units, this is something which needs to be fixed as it would be much more relaxing, especially on a chilly night to have heat with the massage. - There are 3 modes but there is really only 1 of the modes which feels good to me. The other two are just 'blah'. As mentioned, this isn't worthy of a wow. It's good to okay. It is relaxing and feels good but some of the other over the top reviews really made me hope for more than it offers. I would like to try some other foot massagers as well but this is not as good as the human touch, or even comparable. - This doesn't do much for the heel area. It mainly focuses on the bottom balls of your feet and the sides. It doesn't do a full arch roll, which would be nice ... it mainly kneads the sides of your feet and rolls a shiatsu-type thing around the balls of your feet. It says "use thick socks for a better experience". I actually find it feels best barefoot. - The unit is kind of bulky and takes up a lot of space. You can't easily store this under a couch or chair. It's going to be out on the floor, or hidden away on a closet floor ... but wherever it is, this thing does take up some room. It is not compact. - Marketing is pretty much way over the top. "Natural circulation is improved promoting whole body wellness." Keep dreaming ... there is no way this thing does anything except relax the feet a little." Overall, I haven't tried many other units, so I can't really compare other than doing a lot of research on reviews and articles. I doubt there are other units which are much better. I think this one massages pretty lightly and is more gentle than other units, which for people with less sensitive feet may be not as great. The compression is a nice touch to keep your feet in place ... but I was honestly not amazed by the performance. I debated sending this back ... if it was a few dollars more, I would have. However, I think that it is relaxing enough to keep and I doubt I'd do better with another unit performance-wise. If your feet are more sensitive, or you are on your feet all day, you might like this more than I did. For what it does, I guess it's a pretty good unit and the price is not terrible.

Neuropathic pain relief
3/1/23 Much more effective than expected. An outstanding product. As a 70 year old, over the last 6/8 months, I have begun to experience sharp, intermittent, pain in both feet, whether in motion, or sitting, or laying down. A podiatrist prescribed the drug gabapentin (Neurontin) 300mg x 3, daily. I am generally opposed to medications, unless irrefutably necessary. I decided to buy this product rather than take the drug, at least for now. I started using this machine about 10 days ago. I use it for 30 consecutive minutes per day. After about two days of use, I thought I began to notice fewer incidents of sharp pain. By the third day I decided to pay close attention to incidents of pain, if any. By the fifth day, without question, I was experiencing far fewer pain episodes. Today is about the 10th day of use. Ladies and gentlemen, I no longer experience any more sharp pains - NONE. My feet are pain free, at least for now. Obviously I cannot see the future. My feet are a size 12. The machine fits very tightly. For the first 3 days of use I used a shoe horn to help get my feet into it. The snug fit, I believe is a good thing. The kneading of my feet is very strong. PERFECT! I hope the machine's motor can hold up. I doubt you with smaller feet can get the same powerful sensations because your fit can never be as tight as mine. That does not mean that you will not experience incredible benefit from the machine. If I were you, I would try it. Good luck. - - - - GFL

The Breo provides excellent massage. Found the intensity settings just right.Only issue is the material used for the footwell- makes the foot warm (even without heat turned on)
